Ricky Casino at a Glance
On 26 October 2026 we opened an AUD account and went through the site on an iPhone 15 Pro Max and a desktop: registration, promotions, the cashier, the terms, the responsible gambling tools, live chat and the lobby. We did not deposit or withdraw.
What we found is a well-run AUD setup. The operator and licence are shown in the footer, cards, Neosurf, MiFinity and five cryptocurrencies fund the account, every responsible gambling tool is self-service, and a real person answered our chat in under a minute.
Ricky Casino online suits pokies players who cash out in crypto and like regular reloads and VIP rewards. The drawback is the bonus maths: 50x, an AUD 7 maximum bet and three days.
Who Runs Ricky Casino: Operator, Licence and Sister Sites
The footer on our check date names Novatrix SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica (number 3-102-893958), operating under E-gaming licence No. 0000002 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission, with the Tobique seal beside it. The terms name EGIS for disputes.
Other sites differ. Casino Guru lists an Anjouan licence alongside Tobique and says the casino launched in 2021 on the SOFTSWISS platform. One older review still shows a different operator with a Curaçao licence; the footer is what counts. Casino Guru rates the casino 8.7 on its Safety Index, a high score.
Casino Guru links the casino to five related brands: Casinonic, DundeeSlots, Queenspins, Casinorex and Roby. For Ricky Casino Australia players, a shared operator usually means near-identical terms, cashier rules and checks, so complaints about a sister site are worth reading too.
Ricky Casino App, Mobile and Login in Australia
There's no app in the App Store or Google Play. We tested the Ricky Casino mobile site in Safari on an iPhone 15 Pro Max: it loaded as quickly as on desktop. Our Mobile Casino guide compares browser play with apps.
The menu has an Install PWA button, which adds the site to your home screen, and the site also offers an APK file, which installs outside Google Play and won't run on iPhones. No free spins were offered for installing.
Registration took us under a minute on one screen:
- Enter an email and a password.
- Pick AUD as the currency and Australia as the country.
- Tick the 18+ box; untick Receive Email Promos if you don't want marketing.
- Press Sign Up. No email confirmation was needed.
Name, address and mobile number are asked for later, at your first deposit.
The Ricky Casino login Australia players see is the same on phone and desktop: tap Log in, then enter your email and password. We also reset our password, and the email arrived within two minutes.
Welcome Bonus: What 50x Wagering Means
On our check date the welcome package was spread over ten deposits, worth up to AUD 7,500 plus 550 free spins on All Lucky Clovers 5:
Deposit | Match bonus | Free spins |
1st | 100% up to AUD 500 | 100 |
2nd | 50% up to AUD 500 | 50 |
3rd to 7th | 50% up to AUD 1,000 each | 50 each |
8th to 10th | 50% up to AUD 500 each | 50 each |
Each step needs AUD 30 or more, carries 50x wagering on the bonus and lasts three days.
Deposit AUD 100, get an AUD 100 bonus, and you need AUD 5,000 in bets within three days: 5,000 spins at AUD 1, or at least 715 at the AUD 7 maximum bet. Your own money is played first. Pokies count 100%; roulette, card games and video poker count 5%, so on roulette it's AUD 100,000, 20 times more. Jackpot pokies don't count.
If time runs out, the bonus and its winnings are removed; withdrawing early forfeits them too. Any deposit must also be wagered three times before a withdrawal.
Bonus winnings must be withdrawn right after wagering, or later winnings may be capped. The terms say it for free spins and free cash: "The maximum win restriction persists after the completion of the wagering requirement." So if your balance came from free spins or a free bonus, cash out once wagering is done.
Do you need Ricky Casino bonus codes? Not for the welcome offer. On our deposit screen the first welcome bonus was preselected with Use bonuses on. Codes are for other deals: the promotions page listed BGMNG, GAMZIX, CLAW and APPARAT, each 50 free spins on a new release for an AUD 30 deposit at 40x, once a day. Other sites' codes won't work here.
We found no Ricky Casino no deposit bonus in the account or on the promotions page. The terms cap no-deposit winnings at AUD 70. Our Welcome Bonus and No Deposit Bonus guides explain these terms.
After five deposits there's 100% up to AUD 150 on Tuesdays, 200 free spins for an AUD 30 deposit on Wednesdays and 50% up to AUD 300 on Fridays. The VIP ladder pays free spins at the first levels and cash prizes later, up to AUD 5,300, with weekly cashback boosts from 4% to 20%, a birthday bonus and a personal VIP manager on the way up.
Withdrawals and Limits for AUD Accounts

The terms describe card payouts, but our withdrawal screen didn't list cards, so plan to cash out in crypto or by bank. The terms set these withdrawal limits:
- AUD 4,000 per rolling 24 hours
- AUD 8,000 per rolling seven days
- AUD 24,000 per calendar month
Casino Guru quotes EUR 5,000 a week and EUR 15,000 a month, and AskGamblers EUR 7,500 a week; the current terms apply, and progressive jackpots are paid in full.
The casino aims to process withdrawals within 72 hours of approval, and bank transfers within three business days. The terms don't mention weekends; AskGamblers' older profile says there are no weekend payouts. Expect to send photo ID and proof of address, and possibly take a phone call.
Casino Guru user reviews praise fast payments and easy verification, with one payout in about three days. Note that the terms treat accounts sharing an address, IP or device as duplicates. Compare options in our Fast Payout Casinos and Payment Methods guides.
Ricky Casino Pokies and Live Games
The Ricky Casino online lobby has no game counter. It splits games into tabs: pokies first, then Live, Jackpots, New, Roulette, Easy, Table, Casual, Lottery and Played.
The tables we browsed mix live dealer games, such as roulette, blackjack, baccarat and Texas Hold'em from Live Vegas and Lucky Streak, with RNG roulette from Betsoft, Belatra and Platipus. We played Coin UP: Lightning and 3 Coin Volcanoes, both from 3 Oaks Gaming, in demo mode without a deposit. Neither showed its RTP, nor did any other game we opened.
Customer Support: Our Chat Test
On 26 October 2026 we asked live chat about setting account limits. A real person replied within a minute, pointed us to the responsible gambling section and offered to set a limit for us.
A support email is listed in the terms. Casino Guru also rates chat as quick across seven tests and lists English, French and German; its user reviews mention quick, professional agents.

Our Ricky Casino review verdict: a licensed, well-organised casino with a clear AUD cashier, quick support and a full set of account tools. The weak spot is the bonus terms, so take the welcome offer only if 50x in three days is realistic for you.
Playing Responsibly
The account's responsible gambling section has these tools (switch on Advanced mode to see all):
- deposit, loss and wager limits per day, week or month.
- cooling-off: no deposits, play or promotions for a set period, with an email when it ends.
- self-exclusion for a set or indefinite period, with no access to the account.
- a session limit in minutes, after which you're logged out.
The terms say crypto deposits can't be capped, so rely on cards or vouchers if you use deposit limits. Among Casino Guru complaints is one titled "Self-excluded player's account was reopened".
Our Responsible Gambling page explains the tools and where to get help. Gambling Help is free and confidential on 1800 858 858. BetStop covers licensed Australian wagering providers only, not offshore casinos like this one.
18+. Gambling involves risk, and bonuses carry wagering and other terms. This review is information, not an invitation to gamble.
